Whenever I click on anything on my MacBook Pro, my cursor freeze for around 1 minute. While watching video, It also freeze every two minute. Cursor freeze while typing also. It freeze while internet browsing also. Please help me with this.

500 GB out of which 155 GB is full.
I have also a MacBook Pro mid-2012. I had these issues too but i upgraded my Ram to 16 gb and installed a SSD. It works like the day I bought it everyday. You can check your RAM usage with Activity Monitor. You don't have to buy 16 gb Ram modules but ssd is a necessity I think. My laptop uses 12 gb ram now and I am using only Safari with 10 tabs and iTunes. Also you can reboot your laptop more often. Your cache might be your problem.
